Equipment principle:
Adopting pipe clamping without movement, rotating cutter head, and mechanical ratchet feeding; During processing, a circular multi-point self centering clamping method is used to clamp the pipe. The cutterhead rotates along the outer diameter of the pipe and advances inward layer by layer until the processing is completed. After processing, the pipe does not deform, and the straight or beveled surface is smooth
Good perpendicularity of the end face can be directly used for welding.
Processing capability:
Single cutting and single groove completion with a single feed; The Type II pipe cutting machine adopts double-sided multi claw self centering clamping, and completes cutting with a single feed and two grooves.
